TECSUN and QingCloud Partner to Expand AI-Powered Public Services

Chinese technology firms TECSUN SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY CO.,LTD. and QingCloud Technologies Corp. have announced a new strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the development of AI-powered livelihood services across sectors such as healthcare, employment, and government operations.

The collaboration, revealed through TECSUN’s official WeChat account on May 21, will combine the strengths of both companies to build what they describe as an “AI + Cloud + Computing Power Collaboration” ecosystem. The initiative is aligned with China’s broader push toward “Artificial Intelligence Plus” and the commercialization of data-driven public services.

Under the agreement, QingCloud will provide its enterprise-grade AI infrastructure, including private cloud systems, intelligent computing platforms, and MaaS (Model-as-a-Service) capabilities. TECSUN, known for its digital public service platforms and government-focused AI applications, will contribute its expertise in data integration, algorithms, and real-world service deployment.

The two companies plan to jointly develop solutions in several critical sectors. In employment services, they aim to deploy AI-powered job-matching systems capable of delivering intelligent recommendations and more accurate employment assistance.

In healthcare, the partnership will focus on integrating contactless medical payment systems with edge AI inference cloud technologies to improve efficiency and accessibility in hospitals and clinics.

For government services, the firms intend to optimize large language models and intelligent guidance systems within secure cloud environments to support smarter urban governance and citizen services.

Both sides will also conduct joint compatibility and performance testing to ensure their solutions are stable, secure, and ready for large-scale deployment. The companies further revealed plans to explore the co-development of regional intelligent computing centers to strengthen infrastructure supporting AI-enabled public services.

Looking ahead, TECSUN and QingCloud said they aim to establish a closed-loop “Urban Livelihood AI Operation Base,” connecting computing infrastructure, AI model development, and service delivery into a unified ecosystem.

Industry analysts say the partnership reflects the growing global trend of integrating artificial intelligence into public administration and social services, particularly in areas where automation and data analytics can improve efficiency and citizen engagement.
