FPT Launches Flezi Foundry™, Advancing AI-Augmented Delivery for Global Enterprises
FPT Corporation has officially launched Flezi Foundry™ (FPT Digital Foundry™), a new AI-augmented delivery platform designed to modernize software development and IT operations for global enterprises.
Announced in Hanoi, Vietnam, the platform combines autonomous AI agents, human oversight, secure infrastructure, and outcome-based delivery systems under a governed Service-as-a-Software model.
According to Frank Bignone, the platform represents a major shift in enterprise technology delivery where AI becomes part of the operational model itself.
Flezi Foundry uses what FPT calls Agentic Engineering, a framework that integrates AI agents into development and IT workflows while maintaining human supervision, governance, transparency, and performance tracking.
The platform operates through two main service models:
Agentic Development Lifecycle (ADLC) supports software engineering tasks such as planning, coding, testing, security review, and documentation using specialized AI agents supervised by humans. FPT says the system can improve delivery output by up to 30% within the same budget.
Agentic Managed Services (AMS) focuses on IT operations, helping enterprises automate alert triage, incident resolution, remediation, and service improvements. At full maturity, the system aims to automate 60% to 90% of first-line support requests while supporting 99.5% service-level compliance.
Flezi Foundry is powered by hybrid sovereign infrastructure that combines Azure Virtual Private Cloud with FPT AI Factory technologies. The platform also includes a Digital Brain and Skill Marketplace that stores reusable workflows, standards, and operational expertise.
To reduce enterprise adoption risks, FPT offers a phased deployment approach beginning with discovery workshops and pilot testing before full-scale implementation.
The launch is part of FPT Corporation’s broader AI-first strategy, following the introduction of FleziPT and the company’s investments in AI factories in Vietnam and Japan.
Founded in Vietnam, FPT currently operates in more than 30 countries and territories with over 54,000 employees worldwide. The company reported USD 2.66 billion in revenue in 2025.
